Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes we are! We ship Australia nation wide and New Zealand. 

Can I pick up my order in store?

Absolutely! Our TacSource Tactical Retail store is located at 84 Logan Road, Woolloongabba. We are open Mon-Friday 9a.m.-5p.m., and Saturday 9a.m.-1 p.m. 

When will I receive my order?

We pick & pack most of our items from our Brisbane central warehouse within 24 hours, however sometimes we ship from various warehouses throughout Australia. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery from time of order placement.

Holidays are not considered business days and will cause additional delays. Tactical Source makes every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. Delivery times are not guaranteed. High order volumes and transit delays with carriers can cause delayed deliveries.

My order has not arrived.

If you are waiting for your order please check the tracking number we have emailed you. You can contact the couriers directly with the consignment number if you would like a more approximate ETA. If you have not received an email feel free to contact one of our staff members via phone on 02 6516 0008 or email at support@tacsource.com.au.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! Log in to your account via our website and click on your order number. Alternatively, if your order has been sent, click on the link we have emailed you and hold on to this email until you receive your order.

I only received part of my order.

Sometimes our orders are shipped from our partner warehouses. Not to worry, the expected delivery time of your orders falls in line with our expected delivery dates so the parcels should arrive together or a day apart!

How do I return an item?

Returns at Tac Source are easy! Please visit our returns page for more information. You can ask for an exchange, refund or store credit with us for the items being returned.

I need a product from a brand you carry that is not listed on your website. Can you source this?

We have access to thousands of products that are not listed on our website. If there is an item you are looking for from a brand we stock please feel free to reach us via our contact us page!
