- Open packet contain heating pouch and put heating pouch back inside main bag.
- Put On Track Meals MRE in main bag.
- Put 50ml of water in main bag and close zip lock
- Wait 7-10mins and enjoy your hot On Track Meal!

-Places with Fire Bans.
-Within confined space where flame or fire cannot be used.
